Lisa Bodell is the founder and CEO of futurethink, offering tools, training and consulting to help organizations turn innovation into action. Bodell serves on the board of the Interactive Journal of the Institute of Direct Marketing in London, is an active member of the Association of Professional Futurists, the World Future Society, and Urban Pioneer Project, and serves as a judge at the Thunderbird Innovation Challenge. She has also developed and taught marketing courses at American University and is an MBA mentor at the University of Michigan.
Jeri Dunn, CIO

Jeri has spent 26 years in IT driving transformation in several large enterprises including Nestlé, Tyson Foods and Bacardi-Martini. Her approach is to evaluate the business processes, make significant improvements and then deliver software solutions to enable improved productivity, better decision making and cost reductions. She has successfully led several large SAP software initiatives and currently is leading a project at Bacardi to “globalize” information and implement standard processes across the company.
She was a founding member of the Network for Executive Women (NEW) in Arkansas, Arkansas Women in Technology, and CIO Executive Council, and CIO Executive Council’s Women’s forum. She has long been an advocate of networking with other women and has been a mentor to many junior women who are now at executive levels. This is one of her proudest accomplishments.
Jeri is married and has two grown daughters, Dr. Allison Snyder and Emily Henson. She also has 5 grandchildren. She splits her time living between Lowell, Arkansas, and Geneva, Switzerland.

Cordia Harrington is the President and CEO of Tennessee Bun Company. Prior to baking, she owned three highly successful McDonald's® restaurants in Illinois. Cordia's enthusiasm and passion for her work are highly contagious and are the foundation for her success.
Cordia is a graduate of University of Arkansas, Kansai Gaidai and Osaka Japan, and Hamburger University. She has built several successful companies including real estate, fast-food restaurants and commercial bakeries from start-up.

Juanita T. James, Chief Communications Officer Pitney Bowes Inc.
Juanita T. James is currently Chief Communications Officer for Pitney Bowes Inc. responsible for corporate marketing, brand management, public/media relations, investor relations, executive communications, and corporate philanthropy. Prior to this role, Juanita held other leadership positions including Vice President of Direct Marketing Strategy & Business Development and Vice President of Human Resources where she successfully led a global Human Resources initiative, implementing an SAP HR and Payroll system and also implemented the Company’s first shared services center. Before joining Pitney Bowes, she worked at Doubleday Direct, Inc., a subsidiary of Bertelsmann, Inc., as Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations and later as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Editorial. Prior to Doubleday Direct, Juanita built a progressive 20-year career with Time Warner, Inc. Among the many positions she held at Time-Warner, several were at the senior level including: President & CEO of Time-Life Libraries; Senior Vice President, Editorial of Book-Of-The Month Club, Inc; and Vice President and General Manager, Specialty Clubs for BOMC.
Over the years, her commitment to the community has been acknowledged with numerous honors and awards including the Southern Connecticut Urban League’s Community Service and Philanthropy Award, the Girl Scout Council of Southwestern Connecticut’s “Women of Achievement Award” and “Person of the Year Award” from the Stamford Museum & Nature Center, the “Distinguished Achiever Leadership Award” from the Career Communications Group, Inc. the “Distinguished Alumni Award” from the Association of Black Princeton Alumni, the “Achievement Award” from the Greater New York Chapter of Links, the corporate Women’s Network “Achievement Award”, the YMCA “National Black Achiever in Industry Award”, the Greenwich YWCA “Brava Award” and Time Inc.’s “Andrew Heiskell Award” for community service.
Ms. James holds a Master’s Degree in Business Policy from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business Program where she received the Distinguished Service Award. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Romance Languages from Princeton University. Juanita currently resides in Stamford, Connecticut with her husband, Dudley N. Williams, Jr. and their son, Dudley N. Williams III.
JoAnn Lilek is Chief Financial Officer of DSC Logistics. She co-leads the Customer Leadership Team, ensuring that DSC leadership is “ready for anything!” JoAnn is the leader of DSC’s financial and IT teams and a strategic partner with Operations in achieving customer business goals. She is responsible for implementing state-of-the-art pricing methodologies and financial standards.
JoAnn began her career in banking as a Management Associate with LaSalle National Bank in Chicago, remaining with the organization as it grew and became part of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. As North American Corporate Controller of the newly-merged ABN and AMRO banks, she led the consolidation of financial systems, processes, and organization of the U.S. Branches and the U.S. Banks. She played a key role in the formation of the North America Wholesale Bank and was part of the leadership team overseeing acquisitions and consolidation.
JoAnn is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Lou Holland Trust for Holland Capital Management, L.P. She is a member of the Chicago Finance Exchange, the United Way of Chicago Women’s Leadership Council, Financial Executives International, the University of Chicago Women’s Business Group, the Executives’ Club of Chicago, and is a Lifetime Friend of Boardroom Bound. JoAnn is President of the Board of Directors of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago; she has served the YWCA in a variety of roles over many years. She has served on the Board of the Illinois CPA Society as a professional affiliate Director.
JoAnn graduated Magna cum Laude from Loyola University, Chicago, and completed studies in finance, accounting and international business with an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Rosa Sugrañes is Chairman of the Board and Founder of Iberia Tiles, one of the largest independently owned distributors of ceramic tile, marble and stone in the Southeast U.S. The company was founded in 1979. She is now responsible for overseeing the company’s activities of its various showrooms, warehouses and partnerships. These include Iberia Tiles showrooms in Florida (Miami, Coral Gables, North Miami Beach and Pompano Beach) and in Georgia (Norcross). The Iberia Tiles products are currently displayed nationwide at Lowes, TGI/Sears and Home Expo.
